There may be a solution for Lady Gaga and patients who suffer from Fibromyalgia.

Beyond the fame and the money, artist Lady Gaga has a terrible condition that she fights every day: fibromyalgia. As a young girl, she was attacked sexually and emotionally – two factors which aren’t usually seen as causes, appear to be related in the history of many of those who suffer from the disease.

Fibromyalgia is a disease that’s still difficult to find exactly what the indicated treatment should be and doctors that diagnose patients with internal trauma as the cause, indicate psychotherapy as a possible but not 100% solution.

In 2013 she suffered a hip rupture, and from that point on her fibromyalgia pains also began to increase – this is also a common element in people suffering from the disease. Even after recovery, there are consequences that bring OTHER problems.

In an interview with Global News Lady Gaga express how she has been forced to cancel shows, tours, and events because of her fibromyalgia pains. It was difficult to breathe, she felt spasms throughout her body, and feelings of depression, anxiety, insomnia, and chronic fatigue, were gradually increasing every day.

Fibromyalgia is a disease that’s still difficult to find exactly what the indicated treatment should be and doctors that diagnose patients with internal trauma as the cause, indicate psychotherapy as a possible but not 100% solution. Specialists of fibromyalgia also advice patients to therapeutic massage therapists, nutritionists, chiropractors, and rheumatologists.

Lady Gaga tried various treatments with heat, epsom baths, and infrared saunas but still has ups and downs that depend partially on her emotional state.

Although there is still much to be understood about the causes of fibromyalgia, we have found research that shows that people who suffer from the disease have a close relationship between oxidative stress and altered mitochondrial function and very low levels of antioxidants in the body.

Simply put, the more antioxidants we have in our body, the better it is for our overall health – and a huge plus for those who suffer from fibromyalgia. Women who suffer from fibromyalgia claim that during their early youth they were exposed during many hours of work to metals, chemicals, and toxic fumes. Any person who lives exposed to contamination and the inhalation of toxic fumes or metals does not notice what may be happening to their organism, but that does not mean that damage is not taking place in their cells and that free radicals are not attacking the body, weakening it, and leaving it vulnerable to all kinds of diseases, such as fibromyalgia.

In summary, our advice for Lady Gaga and to all those who suffer from fibromyalgia is this: by maintaining high levels of antioxidants in the body you are preventing and at the same time healing, diseases that are already known, as well as those that appear suddenly and mysteriously like fibromyalgia. Some easy ways to keep your levels of antioxidants high are by consuming a vitamin-rich diet (with raw foods and lots of greens), taking a daily dose of the master antioxidant glutathione, vitamin C, zinc (and other vitamins that might help you personally), and exercising 3-4 times a week. Of course, having time to relax and enjoy yourself is equally as important, so don’t forget to give yourself that time.

We always recommend taking Glutathione daily in doses between 300 and 400 mg. , preferably in liquid form for a better absorption.
