Are you doing everything you can to avoid brain disease?

Updated: May 10, 2019

The brain is one of the most important organs of our bodies that controls ALL of its functions. However, many studies show that the brain has antioxidant deficiencies almost always, making it sensitive to lipid per-oxidation. This means that electrons of the brain are being stolen from the lipids of the cell membrane. All of this causes direct damage to the molecules that produce cellular energy and communication as well as the action of free radicals. This is when an individual begins to have serious brain issues. On the contrary, when this cellular communication is adequate, the cells may be able to do all their functions of tissue repair, support the immune system and stay healthy.

...the support of the antioxidant glutathione can be a preventive aid against the possibility of a stroke since the brain is one of the organs most vulnerable to free radicals, oxidative stress, and many chemicals in our environment.

In a study conducted in 2009, a sample was subjected to the inhalation of heavy metals and pollutant fumes and other toxic factors. The study found that glutathione was able to protect the damage caused by toxins related to aging and neuromotor damage. Thus, the support of the antioxidant glutathione can be a preventive aid against the possibility of a stroke since the brain is one of the organs most vulnerable to free radicals, oxidative stress, and many chemicals in our environment.

The brain needs more oxygen than the rest of the body, but the excess of oxygen causes damage.

A healthy brain is a healthy life, and without realizing it, we put it through daily stress and environmental damage that can cause a neuronal collapse. The brain needs more oxygen than the rest of the body, but the excess of oxygen causes damage. With all technology and information, we have today, it's important to be aware and take care of our brain, protect it from all the factors that deteriorate and affect it, and most importantly keep it healthy by taking the antioxidant glutathione daily, if possible.
